The Berghaus Sonnenfels sits right on a blue slope in the Arber family ski area and is the ideal meeting point and popular stop for the whole family – to warm up, refuel and rest.

  • 13 km of pistes from easy (blue) to difficult (black)
  • 1,456 m summit elevation
  • 9 lifts, including 4 children's conveyor belts
  • 5 km ski touring descent towards Bodenmais
  • Timed and FIS race courses
  • One of the most snow-reliable winter sports areas in Germany

Sledging and skiing are possible right by the house – our dining rooms offer space for around 160 guests.

The Way to Us Within the Ski Area

The Berghaus Sonnenfels (Gasthaus Sonnenfels) is located in the area of the Sonnenhang runs – easily reached via the Sonnenhang chairlift.
