1,150 m on the Großer Arber
Our Location on the Mountain
At 1,456 m, the Großer Arber is the highest mountain in the Bavarian Forest – and one of the most snow-reliable winter sports areas in Germany. The Berghaus Sonnenfels sits at 1,150 m right in the middle of it all: a starting point for hikes in summer, and right on the slope in winter.
